Greek Hummus


We love Hummus and are always trying new recipes and variations of it. Hope you like it!

Ingredients:
1 (15 oz) can of garbanzo or chick peas, drained
juice from 1 lemon
1 sprig of fresh oregano, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
salt
1 tbsp tahini paste
handful of parsley leaves, fresh
1/4 c kalamata olives, drained well and chopped

Directions
This is easy! Throw it all in the food processor. If too thick add a tad of olive oil or water. Use pita bread/chips, celery, cucumbers, and red peppers for dipping.
