Grilled Red Potatoes

It is finally starting to get warm again!! Which means grilling!! This is a recipe that my mom and grandma make.  It is so good and super easy.

Ingredients:
Red skinned potatoes, cut into quarters
Yellow onion, cut into medium-large chunks
Zucchini, sliced
Yellow Squash, sliced
Mushrooms, sliced
Garlic powder, or fresh minced garlic
black pepper
Lawrys seasoning salt
Extra Strength Reynolds wrap, or you can use a foil/metal pan and cover it with foil
Butter

Directions
1. Turn on grill, medium setting.
2. Cut up as many veggies as you would like.  I did about 2 pounds potatoes, 1 large zucchini, 1 large yellow squash, about half an onion, 1 package pre washed, pre sliced mushrooms, and 2 cloves of garlic.
3. Cut long sheets of foil.  Spray the foil, or pan if you use that.
4. Put all veggies on the foil.  Add the seasonings, as much as you would like.  Cut up the butter, I used 3/4 of a stick.
5.  Wrap it up, or cover.
6.  Grill until veggies are tender.  Mine took about 30-45 minutes.
