Roasted Asparagus

I love asparagus and am always looking for new ways to cook it.  I made some roasted asparagus the other day when I made this dinner.  It was very easy and so delicious!  The ends were just a little crunchy and tasted fabulous!














Ingredients:
Asparagus, as much as you would like to have.
Olive Oil
Kosher Salt

Directions
1. Preheat oven to 425°.
2. Trim the asparagus
3. Place asparagus on a cookie sheet, liberally drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with kosher salt.
4. Cook for 12-15 minutes.  Asparagus should still be green with a slight brown on the ends.
